Send us the plans.
We'll handle the takeoff.
Your first takeoff is on us. Send your framing plans and get a clean, supplier-ready material list back, reviewed by a senior estimator.
Four steps. No software to learn.
Upload your drawings
Send PDFs, plans, or full ISO sets. No account needed to start.
Step 1Tell us the scope
Pick the trade (framing, sheathing, openings, full assembly) and any spec notes. We'll get started within hours.
Step 2We run the takeoff
Our team counts walls, openings, plates, studs, and sheathing—and assigns assemblies. The Aximos team reviews every line before delivery.
Step 3Review and verify
Get a clean material list, marked-up drawings, and trade summary—and walk through every counted line with us. Your first takeoff is free; pay per project after that.
Step 4See the actual work.
See what your takeoff costs.
No quote calls, no waiting. Pick your project, check the price, and send your plans — your first takeoff is free under 3,000 sq ft.
Quick price estimate
Enter your project details for an instant estimate.
Estimate reflects plan size and complexity. Large or unusual sets may need a quick scope review before we confirm.
One deliverable.
Ready to bid or order.
Built for teams that need takeoffs,
not another tool.

You don't need to hire one. Send us the plans and bid this week.

One-off bidders
One project, one takeoff, one invoice. No subscription, no commitment.

“Sent plans Monday morning, had the material list back Tuesday. The bid went out the same week — that used to take us two.”
“The marked-up drawings are what sold me. I can see exactly what was counted and where, so checking the list takes minutes, not hours.”
What does a takeoff cost?
Your first takeoff is free for projects under 3,000 sq ft — so you can see the quality before you pay a cent. After that, most single-family framing takeoffs land between $150 and $600. Larger or multi-trade sets are priced to the scope and drawing complexity, and you'll always see the price before you approve.
How fast will I get it back?
It depends on the size of the set. Single-family framing usually comes back in 24–48 hours, and multi-family or mid-size jobs in 3–5 business days. Large or full ISO sets — multi-building or 10,000+ sq ft — run 15–20 business days, since there's far more to count and verify. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush and we'll see what we can do.
What's in the deliverable?
A clean material list (PDF plus CSV/XLSX) with quantities broken out by trade, and your plans marked up so every counted element is traceable. Assemblies are included where applicable, so you get something you can bid from or hand straight to your supplier.
Which trades do you take off?
Framing is our core — studs, plates, sheathing, headers, beams, and window and door openings — counted off your plans. We also handle siding, roofing, and other rough-material scopes on request; tell us what you need and we'll confirm what's in scope before we start.
What do I send, and is it private?
Upload your plans as PDFs or a full drawing set — up to 20 files, 200 MB each, no account or software needed. Your drawings are encrypted in transit and at rest, used only for your takeoff, and source files are kept for 30 days for revisions, then removed.
What if something needs to change?
Free revisions within 7 days of delivery — a plan update, a scope tweak, a missed assumption, whatever it is. We keep your source files for 30 days, so re-cuts are quick.
