Aximos Privacy Policy

Huespace, Inc., a Virginia corporation doing business as Aximos (“we,” “us”), runs a construction takeoff service at aximos.ai. This Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

2. What We Collect

• Account: name, email, password, company name, phone, and address.
• Billing: plan and payment history. Stripe handles card details; we never see full card numbers.
• Projects: drawings, project addresses, client names, measurements, reports, and AI instructions.
• Usage: features used, AI usage, errors, IP address, and browser type.
• Support: messages you send through chat or email.

3. How We Use It

To provide and bill for the Service, run AI features, give support, keep the Service secure, send account and product emails, and improve accuracy through staff review and internal testing. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal information with vendors and service providers that work on our behalf, under contract, to provide the Service. These include:

• hosting and cloud infrastructure providers;
• AI and data processing providers;
• payment processors;
• email and communication providers; and
• customer support providers.

AI providers may not use your data to train their models.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may also share it:

• with members of your own team, as your account is set up;
• to comply with the law or a lawful request from authorities;
• to enforce our Terms or protect our rights, safety, or property; or
• as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the company.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep your data while your account is active and for 90 days after your subscription ends, then delete it. Deleted items can be restored for 30 days; projects in Trash stay until you delete them. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and run support chat. No advertising cookies.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each customer can access only its own data, and staff access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Your Rights

You can update your details and email preferences in Settings. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@aximos.ai. Depending on your state (such as Virginia or California), you may have further rights; if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying “Appeal.”

9. Children and International Users

The Service is not for anyone under 18. Data is stored in the United States, and some AI processing may happen in other regions.
